1、负责面向多业务场景的AI平台产品规划与设计，围绕智能体、工作流、知识库、模型能力接入等方向，沉淀可复用的平台能力与产品解决方案； 2、深入理解业务团队在内容生产、经营提效、服务协同等环节的需求与痛点，完成需求洞察、业务流程抽象、方案设计及产品落地，持续提升AI能力的业务价值与使用效率； 3、负责AI平台面向业务应用能力建设，提供智能体、工作流、模型接入、知识库及评测等产品能力，降低AI应用搭建门槛，推动业务场景规模化落地； 4、协同算法、研发、设计、运营及业务团队，推动跨团队项目落地，建立效果评估与反馈闭环，持续优化产品体验、交付效率与平台能力。

1、本科及以上学历，具备AI/大模型应用运营、中后台产品运营或内部工具运营相关经验； 2、有面向业务团队的产品推广、用户运营、解决方案运营或项目交付经验，能够独立推进复杂项目并对交付结果负责； 3、熟悉大模型应用的典型场景与产品形态，理解智能体、工作流、知识库等AI能力的业务应用方式，能够将平台能力转化为可落地的业务解决方案； 4、具备较强的数据分析与指标体系建设能力，能够通过数据定位问题、评估运营效果，并形成可执行的优化方案； 5、具备较强的内容沉淀与表达能力，能够独立产出业务方案、培训材料、操作手册、案例复盘及运营方法论。
