1、参与数据智能体、营销智能体、Agent知识库、Agent评测分析在内的多个数据大模型产品设计，协助打造企业级超级Agent平台，支持好字节跳动自身业务发展以及To B商业化售卖； 2、参与平台级产品的架构与功能设计，支持创新性平台从0到1的探索、构建与落地推广； 3、协同技术、运营、交付、售前等团队推进产品在业务中的落地应用和客户价值的持续提升。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、具备AI需求洞察能力，能够从业务场景中识别高价值AI机会，并通过合理方案解决用户核心痛点；具备快速原型验证能力，熟悉主流大模型能力，能通过调研分析、Demo、Prompt、Vibe coding快速验证想法； 3、具备强烈的负责人意识、优秀的跨团队协作能力，能与算法、研发、设计、运营、售前高效协作，推动AI需求从方案设计到上线推广的完整流程，为收入、用户数等业务核心指标负责，自我驱动，结果导向； 4、持续学习，主动关注大模型、Agent、大数据等技术进展，对于产品方向、行业趋势、市场机会有洞察力，能主动挖掘业务增长方向。
