1、增长策略与机会识别：结合业务阶段、市场竞争及用户需求变化，识别重点国家、人群、创作场景和渠道的增长机会，评估机会规模、投入产出与落地条件，提出明确的业务优先级； 2、高价值用户与创作场景分析：深入分析用户从触达到留存、付费和续费的完整链路，结合用户访谈、行为数据及实际创作案例，识别关键机会点，推动业务解决问题； 3、增长效率与经营分析：建立并完善增长评估框架，分析投放、达人营销、社媒、搜索等渠道的用户质量与长期收益，结合LTV、获客及服务成本、增量贡献等因素，评估预算分配、营销活动、用户激励和拉新拉活策略，支持目标测算与经营复盘； 4、重点策略落地与效果验证：将分析结论转化为具体方案，明确目标人群、转化路径、关键假设及验证指标，协同产品、运营、数据科学和商业化等团队推进实验，识别效果变化的原因，形成放量、调整或停止的建议，沉淀可跨业务复用的方法； 5、行业研究与分析提效：持续体验和研究AI创作产品、创作者生态及国内外增长模式，拆解具有代表性的产品和营销案例，判断其增长机制与适用条件，运用AI工具提升研究、数据处理和监测效率，提高分析产出的质量与时效。

1、具备互联网增长策略、商业分析、策略运营或相关经验，有独立负责“问题定义—分析研究—策略制定—落地复盘”完整项目的经历； 2、具备扎实的数据分析与建模能力；熟练使用Excel、Similarweb、tubular等工具，能够独立完成取数、口径核验、漏斗与用户分群分析、目标及收益测算； 3、具备从用户需求出发的业务判断力；能结合定量数据与定性研究理解创作场景，将功能使用、用户行为与留存、付费联系起来，并据此识别值得投入的机会； 4、具备经营意识与取舍能力；理解用户规模、增长成本、留存和商业化之间的关系，能够识别关键假设及风险，在信息不完整时给出有依据、可验证的判断； 5、具备跨团队推动力与清晰的表达能力；能将复杂问题提炼为关键结论和具体动作，推动协作方对齐目标、责任与验收标准，并持续跟进结果； 6、对AI产品与内容创作有持续兴趣，主动体验新产品并将AI工具用于实际工作；能够阅读英文资料、研究国际化产品及用户需求。
