1、负责AI导演的挖掘、筛选与签约，具备对创作人才的敏锐品味与独立判断力，建立AI时代创作人才与评估体系，精准判断其创作能力、内容潜力与商业价值，搭建并持续扩充核心创作人才矩阵； 2、独立负责即梦片场项目全流程管理，覆盖签约引入、创作孵化、内容自制到上线交付的完整链路，在选题、脚本、成片等关键节点具备独立的内容判断力与质量把关能力，把控项目时间周期、内容质量、成本，确保项目按期高质量落地； 3、主导AI制片体系的搭建与沉淀，梳理从选题、脚本、分镜、生成到后期的标准化制片流程，输出可复用的SOP与方法论，提升团队整体制片效率； 4、协同产品、技术、运营等团队，将专业创作者的创作需求与平台能力对接，推动AI生成工具在实际创作场景中的落地与迭代； 5、跟踪国内AI内容行业趋势与产品动态，持续优化合作模式与制片体系，提升内容产出质量与爆款规模。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上影视制片、项目管理或创作者合作相关经验，有AI影视或传统影视行业经验者优先； 2、具备出色的内容品味与人才眼光，对影视叙事、视觉风格有独立判断力，对创作者的审美、风格、潜力有敏锐直觉，能在早期阶段精准判断人才价值； 3、熟悉国内内容创作生态，掌握AI影视创作者的挖掘渠道与资源网络，有可落地的人才拓展方法； 4、具备从签约、孵化到自制的全流程项目管理能力，有多个项目并行推进经验，能有效把控进度、质量与风险；有体系化思维，能将经验沉淀为SOP与方法论，有制片体系搭建经验者优先； 5、具备较强的沟通协调与谈判能力，能高效对接内外部资源、推动跨团队协作；对AI影视行业有热情，持续关注行业趋势与技术动态。
