1、负责即梦、小云雀等产品商业化能力的客户端（iOS/Android/跨端）研发，深度参与订阅支付、会员增长、权益供给等链路的架构设计与实现； 2、负责商业化方向的业务迭代与团队版（协作/企业版）能力建设，通过技术手段驱动商业化收入增长； 3、负责营销Agent的研发与落地，探索Agent与营销场景结合的产品化路径，建设端侧智能化能力； 4、参与项目重点、难点的技术攻坚任务，如性能优化、稳定性治理、多端一体化架构，持续优化链路和产品体验； 5、探索AI结合研发与业务的应用场景，如AI提效、AI Coding、业务智能化升级等。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、扎实的计算机基础，熟悉常用数据结构与算法、操作系统原理和计算机网络； 3、熟练掌握至少一门编程语言（如Swift/Objective-C/Kotlin/Java/C++），有iOS或Android开发实践经历者优先； 4、对AI充满热情，乐于使用AI Coding工具提升效率； 5、有较强的技术好奇心、自驱力和学习能力，具备良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作精神； 6、有AI Agent相关项目实践、服务端开发经历（如实习、课程项目、开源、竞赛），或对营销/广告业务有了解者优先。
