1、负责剪映App/PC增长，主要从国内主流社交媒体平台效广素材&达人内容挖掘增长机会和流量； 2、对人工智能行业有敏锐理解和洞察，了解各类人工智能产品模型表现能力和可应用场景，挖掘产品卖点，结合社交媒体热点进行专项推广，负责站外社交媒体为产品带来的增长流量； 3、结合行业方向和业务需求，挖掘优质达人、供应商资源并建立维护良好的合作关系，帮助达人/代理更好地创作优质内容，服务于产品营销增长； 4、对人工智能有兴趣，有好奇心，能够跟踪行业动态和市场动作，能够基于行业动态及时调整策略方向，维持市场竞争力。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上用户运营工作经验，了解用户增长各渠道和方式，有成功的达人营销、AIGC运营、素材策略等实战经验优先； 2、视频编辑、自拍、图片处理深度用户，对相机、影像处理类产品熟悉者优先； 3、良好的逻辑思维能力和自我驱动力，责任心强，沟通能力优秀； 4、对用户增长有热情，能结合数据驱动业务发展，有很好的好奇心和探索精神。
