1、负责AI To B Agent产品0-1的孵化，参与前期市场调研、模型训练、评测标注、原子能力拆解等工作，和产品研发一起搭建完善的模型评估体系； 2、上游产品研发、下游业务及横向合作方有效协同，调动各方资源实现项目落地； 3、重点行业合作，在通用模型搭建的大前提下和行业一起打造出更适配行业/业务使用的模型能力，完成高标准交付，打造标杆案例； 4、长期做好线上负面案例监控体系，反哺产品迭代，不断提升客户满意度。

1、本科及以上学历，2年及以上产品运营相关工作经验，熟悉互联网效果广告投放，具有良好的策略思维和框架型思维； 2、有商业化AI智能问答类工具、智能客服类产品0-1孵化经验优先，有模型训练与评测、动手搭建过简易Agent经验优先，有输出过可量化可标准化的对客营销/投放策略方案的经验优先； 3、结果导向，沟通能力强，能多线并行沟通，有主人翁意识和推动力，善于整合资源，能够把制定的策略落实到位并获得结果； 4、有较强的数据分析、挖掘能力，数据敏感度高，能有效搭建评估指标体系和通过数据归因问题。
