1、AI风险识别能力建设：基于Agent、代码理解、工具调用等技术，让AI理解字节跳动复杂业务系统、代码、权限、日志及业务链路，完成“理解系统→识别风险→解释原因→形成证据”的端到端风险识别； 2、复杂场景工程落地：深入真实财务系统和风险场景，将合规规则、系统数据与大模型推理结合，既识别规则明确的已知风险，也探索规则难以覆盖的复杂风险，并通过评测和负面案例持续提升效果； 3、AI平台能力建设：将代码理解、风险推理、异常解释、证据生成、规则回流等能力沉淀为可复用的Agent、工具和工作流，降低新规则、新系统和新场景的接入成本； 4、财报链路与数据底座建设：对接数据血缘能力，定义并验证系统、表、字段及加工逻辑等财报链路资产，让规则和Agent能够理解“风险对象在哪里、影响范围有多大”，支撑风险穿透分析。

1、具备AI应用、Agent、AI Coding、平台研发、数据研发、风控/安全平台、代码理解等相关研发经验，有扎实的工程能力； 2、能够将大模型应用到真实复杂系统中，完成数据接入、工具调用、推理、评测和生产运行，对最终效果负责； 3、具备较强的系统理解和问题抽象能力，能够理解代码、数据、系统行为之间的关系，并将其转化为AI可解决的问题； 4、有Agent工作流、模型评测、负面案例优化、代码智能、数据血缘或复杂企业系统经验者优先；对AI在严肃业务场景中的长期应用有热情。
