1、需求深度拆解与流程标准共建：深度挖掘每一项数据标注需求的业务价值与落地目的，结合模型应用场景，明确数据来源、验收标准、交付规格等要求；结合标注效率、数据质量实测效果，制定标准化标注SOP，牵头对齐算法、产品、数据治理多方团队，统一规则认知，消除协作分歧； 2、端到端数据交付管控与数据应用：统筹协调跨部门人力与项目资源，管理内外部数据标注执行团队，全程跟进标注项目进度，保障数据集按时、按质交付；打通数据交付至模型落地全链路，主动排查并解决数据应用过程中的各类问题，保证标注标准、数据质量和模型训练需求高度匹配，确保产出数据能够为模型效果带来正向增益； 3、交付流程工具自研与效能优化：与产品、算法、机审团队紧密配合，推动商业化质量把控模型训练数据中心的高准数据建设与智能质量把控规则平台的建设，搭建轻量化辅助工具，优化人工质检、数据流转、规则校验等环节，实现交付流程提效、数据质检提准，降低人工沟通与重复工作量； 4、日常项目风险把控：跟进项目全生命周期进度，识别交付延期、数据质量不达标、规则理解偏差等风险，快速落地解决方案，保障所有数据交付项目平稳落地。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机/大模型专业背景优先，3年以上数据运营工作经验优先； 2、拥有AI数据交付相关工作经验，具备直接对接算法团队、拆解模型侧数据需求的实战经验，能够独立完成标注规则梳理、标准化SOP撰写与落地推行； 3、具备完整的数据项目执行管理经验，熟悉AI模型训练数据集应用逻辑，了解数据质量对模型效果的影响，熟悉人工数据治理全流程，掌握人工质检质量管控原则，能够有效约束标注产出质量； 4、具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，可高效推动算法、产品、标注团队多方对齐共识，解决多方协作卡点； 5、具备基础AI技能，了解大模型Agent基础逻辑，有低代码平台搭建、简易数据自动化工具开发/使用经验优先；有标注项目管理、数据治理相关工作经验优先。
