1、本科及以上学历，3年以上项目管理运营工作经验； 2、沟通协作能力强（具备跨团队、多角色沟通协作能力与经验），能够适应协作模式，有较强的项目把控和推进能力，独立承担项目管理工作； 3、对新事物保持敏感和好奇心｛善于学习，以结果为导向，不设边界，有主人翁意识； 4、善于深度思考问题，具备优秀的逻辑思维及分析能力，对数据高度敏感，具备良好的业务和技术理解能力； 5、关注AI产品动态与实际应用，具备流程优化意识，能够主动探索并使用AI工具提升项目协同、风险与进度管理效率。
