1、负责数据生产全链路，包括制定数据集标准、执行模型评估及确保高质量的数据交付； 2、探索最新的大语言模型（LLM）工具，持续优化数据生产链路和流程，提升数据生产效率；追踪行业新动态，助力构建更智能、高效的数据系统； 3、调研学术界与业界的新型模型训练方法，识别当前训练数据中的薄弱环节，并提出可提升数据通用性、生产效率及覆盖范围的创新解决方案； 4、与跨职能团队紧密合作，参与设计、优化和管理模型的生产与质量评估的全流程；识别模型表现差距与漏洞，并提出有效举措以提升模型表现。

1、具备本科学历或硕士学位，专业为计算机科学、数据科学、数学、工程或相关领域；具有信任与安全、内容审核相关经验或了解内容安全领域合规要求者优先； 2、对机器学习知识有基本了解，包括大语言模型（LLM）和Transformer架构等；具备模型优化、MLOps工具及大数据技术（如Spark、Hadoop）的实际应用经验者优先； 3、拥有数据分析、Python及机器学习框架（如TensorFlow或PyTorch）的实战经验者优先； 4、具备较好的项目管理能力，熟悉项目全链路运营的流程和重点，能在跨职能团队中高效协作，并与技术及非技术相关方有效沟通； 5、具备出色的学习能力、解决问题能力和执行力，拥有主人翁意识及基本的英语沟通能力。
