团队介绍：聚焦存算一体芯片设计，主要围绕AI大模型应用场景进行高能效计算技术创新，设计多款基于存算一体架构的高能效AI芯片，突破传统冯・诺依曼架构下的 "内存墙" 瓶颈，提升能效比、降低算力成本。团队具备独立流片与量产落地能力，累计申请专利近300项，核心专利覆盖“底层器件-核心架构-工程落地”全流程。同时与字节各团队算力需求整体协同，更好的发挥存算一体芯片的技术价值，共同为AI业务提供高能效算力底座。

1、负责产品全生命周期工艺器件相关工作，包括硅前、硅后及量产阶段； 2、负责WAT数据及process monitor IP参数的深度分析、趋势监控与异常排查，建立并维护关键器件参数的管控规格（规格）与管控策略（Control Plan）； 3、熟悉工艺开发过程，了解工艺Corner，熟练掌握对应的器件电性分析及工艺反馈； 4、识别并负责器件相关良率问题，协作驱动良率提升，确立产品Device Target及器件相关良率窗口；建立器件-工艺联动分析模型，动态调整Sweet Spot； 5、负责高空间利用率的MPW Testkey设计、流片及测试分析，提供工艺器件评估及S2S分析报告； 6、熟练掌握Memory Array相关的测试分析、建模及可靠性、失效分析等。

1、3年及以上半导体行业经历，微电子、电子工程、半导体物理等相关专业，具备Foundry及Memory阵列开发经验者优先； 2、深入理解半导体器件物理，熟悉先进工艺制程的器件架构及版图效应； 3、具备先进工艺器件Testkey设计能力，阵列分析能力； 4、具备优秀的跨部门沟通能力，具备较强分析与解决难题的驱动力。
