1、AI服务策略设计：深入理解生活服务业务场景，基于用户不同生命周期下的问题特征，利用AI设计和完善消费者求助的智能、人工服务策略和解决方案，以及探索主动服务模式，持续优化消费者体验与服务效率； 2、服务运营工作流智能化提效：梳理消费者服务运营工作流程，识别低效环节与提效机会，结合大模型能力设计智能化流程优化方案，推动AI工具在运营场景中的规模化应用； 3、AI Agent能力建设：发掘AI技术在客服与体验链路中的创新应用点，将业务专家经验沉淀为AI Agent能力，协同算法、产品团队完成从策略设计到项目落地； 4、横向运营机制建设：搭建运营数据看板、定期复盘机制与跨团队沟通机制，拉通业务、产品、研发、风控、客服等上下游团队，推动复杂跨职能项目落地，对消费者体验核心指标负责。

1、本科及以上学历，1年以上产品、运营、策略相关经验，有AI项目、大模型应用或智能服务领域实践经验者优先； 2、具备优秀的逻辑抽象与结构化思考能力，能将复杂业务诉求转化为系统化规则与可落地的策略方案； 3、熟练使用AI工具设计Agent与工作流，对数据和用户体验敏感，擅长结合数据与用户调研进行分析决策； 4、对本地生活商业业态有一定理解，能刻画消费者在消费全链路中的需求与痛点； 5、具备较强的跨部门沟通协同能力与项目推进意识，能够联动多方对齐目标、拿结果，做事认真细致，责任心强，能保障交付质量。
