团队介绍：Data AML是字节跳动的机器学习中台，为抖音/今日头条/西瓜视频等业务提供推荐/广告/CV/语音/NLP的训练和推理系统。为公司内业务部门提供强大的机器学习算力，并在这些业务的问题上研究一些具有通用性和创新性的算法。同时，也通过火山引擎将一些机器学习/推荐系统的核心能力提供给外部企业客户。

1、在豆包大模型业务拓展中，对外作为大模型产品和应用算法专家，对协作部门（业务拓展，行业售前，售后等）提供全链路支持，对商业化结果负责，包括：针对核心客户的方案交流、需求分析、方案设计、模型相关技术支持、模型竞争分析、协助MaaS项目交付等； 2、在对豆包大模型技术深入理解的基础上，对内作为大模型产品和应用算法专家，结合PMF思维深入对行业和场景需求做分析，给出最有价值的场景判断；为中长期商业化结果指引方向； 3、同步与产品和算法，工程等部门协作，促进模型和火山方舟平台迭代，解决方案及商业模式优化。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、人工智能等相关专业优先，对大模型的原理和技术实现有认知； 2、对大模型的最新动态非常了解；对短、中、长期在各领域落地的路径，应用场景和可行性有自己的判断； 3、3年以上Al to B解决方案/产品/算法等相关经验，独立运作过千万级别的项目解决方案；具有To B的商业化思维，拿结果能力强； 4、掌握一种编程语言（如Python）优先，能快速根据需求，通过代码辅助做基于大模型的方案验证和上线。
