1、深入理解大模型数据生产业务，聚焦人力密集、供应商密集型业务场景做深度研究，建设线上化生产管理链路，并完善数据生产各节点信息采集与统计机制； 2、搭建符合业务特性的经营分析体系、指标体系，并基于此监测和迭代数据生产资源管理策略，为业务战略管理提供决策支持； 3、聚焦预算成本、资源分配、需求流向、项目管理等管理命题，通过迭代资源合作模式、优化业务流程、迭代产品工具等方式，推动业务团队不断提升模型数据生产交付效率，降低运营成本； 4、能够使用AI Agent工具合理替代日常工作场景，提高业务信息、经营数据的处理效率、优化呈现效果。

1、3年及以上业务经营分析/供应商管理/技术资源管理工作经验，具备优秀的文档叙事能力、数据处理能力，有AI Agent工具实操经验者优先； 2、具备良好的数据分析思维，能够基于不同管理目标设计有效的监测方案，有业务指标体系搭建案例为佳； 3、能快速理解业务逻辑，发掘复杂运营工作流中的问题与风险，并推动协作方共同落地，有业务机制迭代案例为佳； 4、善于跨业务跨团队沟通协作，逻辑思考能力强，能够独立思考优化方案，自驱并推动多部门协作达成管理目标。
