1、负责电商营商环境优化，建立从经营及体验洞察、根因分析、服务方案制定、数据监控、策略推动落地的全流程体系机制，提升用户体验的同时保障成本支出的合理性； 2、分析达人咨询数据及问题原声，识别典型异常问题并聚合同类问题，复盘深挖根因； 3、从商家达人经营视角出发，站在平台角度给出有价值且可落地的产品/业务/流程等优化建议； 4、通过专项机制推动用户问题持续解决，达成CPO等核心指标； 5、通过对策略和产品功能的前置评估预防体验问题发生，建立用户体验关键指标体系并形成有效监控，通过产品监控预警报出和问题流转解决。

1、熟悉电商行业，有商家运营经营、体验洞察方法论、体验驱动经验者优先； 2、工作主动性强，沟通表达能力强，具有复杂项目跨部门的组织协同能力； 3、有较强的目标感，以结果为导向； 4、对用户问题和数据敏感，具备良好的逻辑分析能力和系统性思维能力，有SQL代码能力优先。
