1、负责移动OS DevOps全链路智能化升级，深入研发交付全流程，识别并下钻研发效能问题，通过AI+工程技术重构现有研发协作服务（研发环境、工具链、代码托管、持续集成、构建核心、日常运维等），持续推进移动OS的研发效率与体验提升； 2、负责AI原生端到端工作流的方案设计与落地，包括Agent工作流编排、Skill/CLI、AgentRuntime等，聚焦需求理解、方案生成、环境准备、代码生成、构建编译、调试验证、Code Review、CI&CD、问题修复及Oncall等场景的智能化落地； 3、负责AI Agent基础设施建设，包括知识工程、Skill、MCP、CLI、Workflow、Multi-Agent、Agent Runtime、Sandbox、自进化机制、评测与反馈闭环等能力； 4、负责前沿技术探索与范式推广，持续跟进AI Agent/LLM的最新进展，如：LLM、Coding Agent、Harness Engineering、Agent Loop；并作为AI布道师，推动并沉淀Vibe coding、Spec Coding等新型AI研发范式在团队内的落地与最佳实践。

1、本科及以上学历，具备5年以上DevOps、SCM、或工程效能经验，深刻理解研发交付全流程，包括研发环境、代码托管、持续集成、门禁系统、基线同步、编译优化、发布运维等；熟悉Android基础生态，了解Android工程化体系（Gradle编译构建、依赖管理、多渠道打包等）； 2、具备AI Agent、Coding Agent、或AI研发效能方案的实质性落地经验，主导过代码仓或复杂系统项目的研发提效建设，并取得规模化结果； 3、深度使用过Claude Code、Codex、Gemini、OpenClaw、Hermes等Agent，熟悉模型API、上下文工程、Function Calling、MCP、Agent Skill、Workflow、评测、权限及可观测性等关键技术； 4、具备较强的AI工程与产品化思维，及组织推动能力，具备AI效能工程化方案的架构设计和开发经验者优先。
