1、主导数据标注项目，全面管理多个项目的端到端执行，确保达成绩效目标与服务级别协议（SLA）； 2、担任关键内部需求方的主要对接人，将产品或业务需求转化为清晰的标注项目要求，协调确定目标，支持劳动力管理规划，并制定交付计划； 3、推动交付治理与跨部门协作，建立跨质量保证（QA）、供应商及业务团队之间的运营节奏、执行审核和升级处理框架； 4、监控数据看板，识别异常情况，进行数据与根本原因分析以保障质量与效率，并整合项目数据为管理层和跨部门合作伙伴提供深度洞察与建议； 5、主导持续改进，识别流程差距，设计并实施工作流优化，并与工具开发团队协作，推动自动化与可扩展性提升；主动识别交付风险，制定缓解方案，并引领运营变革与过渡。

1、本科及以上学历，具备英语沟通能力，能够在快节奏环境中与区域或全球团队协作； 2、2年以上在AI数据标注、大规模数据运营、内容质量把控或相关领域的项目/项目管理经验；熟悉模型/大语言模型（LLM）的训练与评估者优先；具有使用或实施机器标注或人机混合标注工作流的经验者优先； 3、拥有与跨职能团队及第三方供应商合作伙伴成功推动项目与运营执行的过往业绩； 4、具备数据能力（精通Excel、掌握基础SQL、能够开发数据看板），并具备运用数据驱动方法分析绩效及进行根本原因分析的经验； 5、能够独立学习并负责多个项目/工作流，同时具备任务优先级排序和时间管理能力，具备优秀的利益相关者管理与沟通技巧；拥有项目管理专业认证（如PMP等）者优先。
