1、测试体系规划与优化： 1）主导制定硬件测试策略与年度测试计划，明确测试重点、目标及资源分配； 2）优化硬件测试流程，涵盖测试需求分析、测试方案设计、测试用例编写、测试执行、缺陷管理等全流程；定期评估现有测试体系与IPD的契合度； 2、测试管理与风险控制： 1）根据新项目需求，完成资源调度；对合作方进行监督和审查，保障硬件测试工作的准确度与效率； 2）审核新项目测试计划，指导小组各成员搭建测试环境，评估测试方案的正确性和测试覆盖度；横向拉通软件等团队协作完成测试任务； 3）主导重大缺陷的分析与定位，组织跨部门团队进行问题改善，制定有效的解决方案并跟踪落实； 3、跨部门协作与沟通： 1）与研发、产品、制造、质量合作，处理产品生产和售后阶段的设计风险； 4、团队技术能力提升： 1）组织审核用例库覆盖度及修订计划，完成实验室测试设备评估；提升测试组技术能力； 2）制定团队培训计划，组织开展产品研发知识、质量工具使用、行业标准解读等培训活动，提升团队成员质量意识和跨专业技能； 5、技术研究与知识积累： 1）定期总结测试工作经验，分析流程缺陷，提出改进方案； 2）完成行业能力对标、产品实测分析等工作；保障业务能力始终处于行业先进地位； 3）关注行业技术发展动态和测试技术趋势，盘点测试组能力地图，布局下一代产品测试能力。

1、本科及以上学历，通信工程、电子信息工程、计算机科学与技术、微电子学等相关专业；5年以上硬件测试工作经验； 2、对消费电子产品设计有较深理解，熟悉基带芯片工作原理和通信协议，对硬件电路设计、软件算法有一定了解，能够从系统层面分析和解决基带测试问题； 3、具备较强的问题分析和解决能力以及质量管理知识，能够在复杂的测试现象中快速定位问题根源，并提出有效的解决方案； 4、良好的沟通协调能力和原则性，能够有效组织和协调团队完成复杂的测试任务，确保项目目标达成； 5、具备较强的学习能力，具备优秀的团队领导能力和项目管理能力，能对基带多领域测试任务进行管理。
