1、负责客户售前阶段产品、技术答疑，客户售中测试&售后维护阶段我方产品各类技术问题对接，协助客户完成AI产品接入，促成客户最终成单，保障客户服务满意度； 2、定期归纳客户接入过程中的共性问题，提炼至对外技术接入文档当中，整理内部知识库； 3、定期提炼客户侧有效需求、反馈，及时传达至产研侧，共同推进产品优化； 4、定期对前场（售前、CSM等）进行培训答疑，帮助前场团队深入理解业务。

1、本科以上学历，计算机及相关专业优先，有AI语音相关工作经验或售后、运维相关技术经验优先； 2、了解网络相关基本知识，熟悉WebSocket协议 ，熟悉一门编程语言，能做到运行Demo、排查问题和适当的修改者优先； 3、熟悉网关、鉴权、SSO等技术方案，了解各类同步/异步API，帮助客户技术人员完成对接。
