1、负责AI及内部数据使用安全评估与解决方案设计，承接AI产品、模型训练与评测、数据分析等场景的数据使用需求，理解业务目的、数据范围及使用方式，识别数据安全、隐私风险，并制定针对性的降险方案，推动方案落地； 2、负责数据安全策略制定与优化，制定和优化数据访问、使用、导出、共享等安全策略；建立策略效果评测机制，持续评估风险识别策略及Agent效果，并根据评测结果迭代优化； 3、负责AI场景数据安全风险运营，围绕定向查询、大规模导出、越权访问、跨业务使用等重点风险开展监测、分析和异常研判，结合AI场景特点持续发现新的风险模式，推动风险问题闭环； 4、参与数据安全产品及智能化能力建设，将业务评估和风险运营中的经验沉淀为风险规则及AI Agent能力，推动风险识别、评估和方案制定逐步实现智能化。

1、3年及以上数据安全、隐私保护、AI安全、风控相关经验，计算机、信息安全、网络安全等相关专业优先； 2、具备较强的数据安全风险识别和判断能力，能够结合业务场景、数据敏感程度及使用方式独立判断风险； 3、具备较强的业务理解和解决方案设计能力，能够针对实际业务场景设计兼顾安全性、业务效率和落地成本的解决方案； 4、具备较强的策略抽象与效果评测能力，能够从实际案例中沉淀风险规则和策略，并通过数据分析、人工复核等方式评估策略及Agent效果，持续优化； 5、对AI、大模型及Agent有较强兴趣和理解，具备良好的跨团队沟通和推动能力，能够与安全、研发、数据及业务团队协作推动方案落地。
