1、负责数据平台众包用户的拉新、转化、留存全链路增长策略设计、落地与迭代，针对不同拉新渠道、不同领域专家群体制定差异化增长方案，通过A/B测试持续优化转化效率，降低获客成本； 2、搭建用户全生命周期运营框架，针对新用户、活跃用户、流失预警用户、沉睡用户等不同分层设计对应的产品干预策略，延长用户平台生命周期； 3、设计用户等级、积分、任务权益、现金激励等正向激励体系，匹配不同能力层级用户的任务分配机制，提升用户活跃度与贡献度；搭建违规行为识别、处罚、申诉的完整管控体系，平衡用户体验与标注质量要求； 4、协同研发、标注业务、算法团队，推动产品需求从方案设计到落地上线的全流程，定期对产品效果进行数据复盘，持续优化产品能力。

1、本科及以上学历，数学、统计学、计算机等相关专业； 2、有用户增长产品、策略产品相关工作经验优先，有内容理解、数据生产、算法训练等相关经验优先； 3、优秀的数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL、Excel等工具进行数据提取与分析，能够独立设计对照实验、评估产品策略效果，用数据驱动决策； 4、能够跨多个团队协调资源，推动项目按期落地，应对过程中的风险与问题。
