1、负责抖音热点内容运营工作，包括热榜、热点落地页、热点频道等业务场景运营，对相关场景下的安全、体验、运营效率和数据负责； 2、可以独立承担重大事件专项运营任务，统筹各场景和内外部团队，推进专项落地； 3、对接垂类、热点中台、媒体、AI生产等内外部团队，做好内容供给、标注、分发、复盘，提升优质内容产量和分发效果。

1、作为AI工具重度用户，熟练运用各类AI工具进行内容生产与运营提效；能够熟练搭建Agent、Skill、Workflow等自动化工具，有运用Harness、Loop Engineering等设计模式解决实际业务问题的成功案例；持续探索AI在内容运营场景的创新应用，推动团队AI化转型； 2、有新闻资讯经验，关注国际、时政、社会、财经、科技等领域新闻事件；社交媒体深度用户，对娱乐、体育、汽车、游戏、二次元等领域不陌生； 3、有资讯内容生产、运营经验，具备新闻敏感性，对热点事件有理解和分析，精通时政、国际、财经等领域；对国内资讯创作者的能力、风格有深入了解； 4、具备良好的人文素养和内容品味，对内容能识好坏、辨高低；对当下社会有深刻的批判性认知，逻辑思维能力强，熟悉舆论生态，对简中世界网络思潮、群体对立与争端有深刻观察和独立思考；长期关注外媒及多元信息渠道，具备开阔的国际视野与多元信息整合能力； 5、互联网产品重度用户，对流行文化敏感，脑洞大、网感好； 6、思维活跃、工作细致耐心，责任心强，有团队合作精神，严谨而不失活泼。
