1、推动AI-Native工作方式转型： 1）深入产品、研发和运营团队的日常工作，识别高频、耗时且适合由AI重构的任务； 2）设计团队AI-Native operating model，将AI系统性嵌入用户研究、数据分析、产品设计、项目管理、知识检索和业务复盘； 3）推动团队从“AI辅助个别任务”升级为“人与Agent协同完成端到端工作”； 4）制定团队AI转型路线图、优先级和衡量指标，并推动持续落地； 2、AI Agent与自动化建设： 1）担任团队AI Captain，联合产品、工程、数据科学和运营团队设计、搭建并迭代内部Agent； 2）将复杂工作流拆解为可由AI、自动化和人工协同完成的标准流程； 3）快速搭建原型，在真实业务中验证价值，并根据用户反馈持续迭代； 4）建立Agent的质量评估、权限管理、人工复核和风险控制机制； 5）推动有效方案产品化、标准化和规模化采用，而非停留在Demo或零散试用阶段； 3、AI-Native项目交付： 1）负责Promote、Mobile Companion、Agent等重点项目的端到端项目管理； 2）借助AI实现目标拆解、风险识别、依赖追踪、信息同步和决策记录自动化； 3）识别并推动解决跨团队依赖、决策阻塞和执行风险； 4）建立透明、轻量、可复用的交付机制，减少不必要的会议、汇报和人工追踪； 5）探索由小型跨职能团队配合AI完成更完整交付的新型协作模式； 4、知识与组织能力建设： 1）建设由AI驱动的团队知识体系，让业务背景、用户洞察、产品决策和最佳实践可被快速检索和复用； 2）组织AI实践培训、工作坊和案例分享，提升团队发现和解决问题的能力； 3）培养各职能的AI Champion，形成可持续扩散的实践网络； 4）衡量AI带来的时间节省、交付速度、决策质量、工作质量和实际采用率。

1、5年以上产品经理工作经验，包含Technical Program Management、Program Management、产品、产品运营或组织效率相关领域； 2、具备项目推动与流程设计能力： 1）有推动复杂跨职能项目或组织工作方式变革的经验； 2）能够重新设计端到端工作流，而不只是优化现有流程中的单个环节； 3、熟悉生成式AI相关技术并有落地经验： 1）熟悉生成式AI、LLM、Agent和工作流自动化，并有真实场景中的搭建或落地经验； 2）Hands-on，愿意亲自搭建原型、配置工具、测试效果并推动adoption； 4、具备良好的思维与协作能力： 1）具备较强的产品思维，能够从用户问题出发设计内部工具和Agent体验； 2）能够在模糊环境中识别机会、定义问题并形成可执行方案； 3）具备优秀的跨团队沟通和影响力，能够推动团队改变既有工作方式； 5、英文可作为工作语言，能够与全球团队协作。

加分项 1、有广告、商业化平台产品经验； 2、有从0到1搭建AI Agent或内部效率产品并实现规模化采用的经验； 3、熟悉Prompt Engineering、RAG、知识库、低代码平台或工作流编排工具； 4、熟悉SQL、Python、API或数据可视化工具； 5、有AI产品经理、Technical Program Manager、Forward Deployed Engineer或内部工具产品背景； 6、有建立AI质量评估、治理或Human-in-the-Loop机制的经验。
