1、负责机构、超创、达人的引入与管理； 2、负责AI合作方的日常沟通与关系维护，围绕内容运营、营销策略、平台政策等方面提供商务建议与支持，协助合作方理解平台方向，参与内容选题、方向讨论，提升内容质量与爆款命中率； 3、理解平台规则与内容策略，牵引合作方完成AI短剧业务目标，增加优质内容供给； 4、作为对外出口，持续了解AI短剧行业动态与趋势，及时反馈关键市场信息，以及合作方对平台政策的理解和执行情况，帮助合作方做出科学投入与内容判断。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上商务/B端运营/创作者运营相关工作经验，懂AI内容，有短剧/漫剧/漫画/动画相关内容合作或制作经验者优先； 2、沟通表达清晰，具备平台视角，理解平台与外部合作方的沟通策略与协作方式，善于推动共赢合作； 3、了解AI短剧的创作逻辑与用户喜好，对行业内CP/产品运营现状、技术发展、内容趋势、市场动向有所洞察； 4、自驱力强，优秀的沟通表达能力、项目协调能力和商务谈判能力。
