1、负责AI业务安全保护方案的设计与工程化落地，确保Agent及大模型处理过程中的数据与隐私安全； 2、参与AI大模型安全相关技术的研究，聚焦数据全生命周期安全、模型训练/推理环节威胁防护、生成内容安全治理控及AI Agent安全边界防御等核心领域，构建纵深防御体系； 3、跟踪和分析AI安全领域的最新趋势和威胁，提供专业的技术建议和解决方案，拓展业务应用。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、信息安全、人工智能等相关专业，具备扎实的机器学习基础； 2、熟练掌握Python/C/C++，了解PyTorch/TensorFlow或其他常用的AI开发框架，熟悉模型微调、Agent开发； 3、熟悉AI大模型架构，了解AI系统的安全威胁，攻击的原理、安全实践和防御； 4、具备数据安全、隐私计算、合规防护等相关项目经验，了解AI行业安全标准与实践者优先。
