1、参与投放决策分析产品从0—1建设到规模化应用：深入生活服务/下载/线索等广告主真实投放场景，识别投前规划、投中诊断和策略调整中的关键问题，参与定义产品边界、场景与阶段目标； 2、结合广告投放全链路数据，分行业搭建归因与诊断体系，定位消耗波动、ROI下滑等问题，制定清晰、可量化的诊断规则，并输出客户可直接执行的投放优化方案； 3、开展行业合作，提炼共性需求，将行业分析框架、诊断规则和投放策略转化为产品能力；结合行业场景建设差异化的Skill/Agent能力，推动产品覆盖增长； 4、协同产品、研发和数据团队推进产品与AI能力落地，持续优化投放路径，探索AI在真实广告场景中的应用； 5、协同客户、业务及产品研发团队，推动产品迭代、上线验收和GTM落地，实现产品能力与客户实际经营决策闭环，对阶段结果负责。

1、本科及以上学历，具有3—5年甲方广告投放优化或平台行业运营经验，熟悉主流广告平台的投放逻辑、流量特性与优化方法，有完整投放项目或团队管理经验者优先； 2、具备较强的数据分析与问题归因能力，能够基于投放数据定位问题，并将投放经验转化为可落地、可量化、可标准化的策略方案；有归因模型或诊断规则建设经验者优先； 3、结果导向，具备良好的沟通协作、资源整合和项目推动能力，能够多线并行推进并取得结果；对AI有真实热情和基本认知，有AI产品应用或落地经验者优先。
