1、将企业非结构化需求转化为可执行的Agent任务； 2、对接企业已有系统（API、数据库等），完成工具开发与集成； 3、对交付效果负责，构建评测方案并持续迭代直至业务指标达标； 4、处理私有化部署、模型接入等工程问题。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、有非常积极的主观能动性和学习能力，持续了解Agent SOTA前沿趋势； 3、对Agent Infra层有深刻的理解，熟悉Workflow/React/MultiAgent等架构模式，了解适用场景； 4、了解上下文管理、记忆管理、Skill&Tools集成等机制； 5、熟悉当前主流Agent产品的工程实现原理和适用场景； 6、有以下相关经验优先：做过AI应用的工程化落地，包括PE调优、ETL、沙箱搭建（比如Tos+FaaS）等；熟悉飞书生态，包括各类工具API调用方式；熟悉云原生技术栈（K8s、Serverless）。
