1、参与自动化实验平台建设，负责自动化系统、机器人及实验仪器的现场调试与落地实施；协调内外部资源，高效处理现场问题，确保项目按计划节点推进与交付； 2、独立完成电气接线图设计、电气BOM清单编制与元器件选型、系统功率核算等工作，快速排查并解决现场电气故障； 3、主导自动化流程调度软件的架构设计与开发，负责流程规划、异常处理机制、调度逻辑的实现与持续优化； 4、独立完成机械结构及零部件设计，满足装配规范与工艺要求，具备自动化设备创新设计能力，可快速完成技术验证与方案迭代； 5、主导自动化系统整体方案设计，具备材料、化学相关背景或项目经验，能够结合实验对象理化特性，设计专用实验自动化设备； 6、参与现场系统联调与功能测试，配合工程师完成系统验证、问题定位与优化改进。

1、本科及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、自动化、电子信息、人工智能、计算机科学与技术等相关专业； 2、2年及以上电气工程相关工作经验，熟悉PLC、继电器、电机、电磁阀等常用电气元件，掌握电气接线规范，熟练使用EPLAN等电气设计软件； 3、1年及以上非标自动化设备设计经验，熟悉传感器、驱动部件、温控器件等，了解零件加工工艺与装配流程； 4、熟练使用RobotStudio、ROS2等主流机器人设计、调试与操作工具； 5、熟练掌握NX、SolidWorks、CAD等机械设计软件； 6、精通Python编程，熟悉TCP、Modbus等常用工业通讯协议；具备良好的沟通协调与团队协作能力，执行力与自驱力强，可独立承担关键任务并高效完成项目交付。
