1、围绕内容质量把控、运营等技术提效场景，负责大模型技术应用落地，包括但不限于Agent应用、后端服务、大模型服务等工程开发实现； 2、主导/参与多Agent协同框架的设计与模块实现，包括但不限于Agent调度编排、任务调度策略、消息通信机制、Tool调用（Tool Use）、多Agent协作、Memory管理等模块的设计与实现； 3、深入内容质量把控、运营业务流程，与产品团队紧密协作，做好技术方案设计与工程落地，将LLM能力高效转化为可落地的Agent工程方案，推动Agent技术在业务场景的规模化应用； 4、跟踪Agent领域前沿技术动态，洞察技术趋势，结合内容质量把控业务需求做出前瞻性的技术选型与探索落地； 5、推动跨团队技术协同，沉淀Agent工程化方法论与最佳实践，提升团队整体Agent技术能力。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程等专业优先，至少3年Go语言深度开发项目经验，不限于Agent应用/后端服务/模型工程等； 2、精通HTTP/HTTPS、gRPC协议，掌握Hertz/Gin/Echo/Go-Zero等主流框架，熟练常见中间件：MySQL、Redis、Kafka/RocketMQ、Elasticsearch等； 3、熟悉微服务、分布式系统架构设计，有主导或作为成员负责0到1中等及以上系统架构、高并发性能优化落地经验； 4、深入理解LangChain/LangGraph/AutoGen等主流Agent框架设计原理，至少2个Agent架构应用的项目开发经验，熟悉ReAct、工具调用、记忆管理等机制； 5、AI Agent应用与后端工程交叉开发经验优先，深入理解LLM应用工程化方法，熟悉模型路由、流式响应处理、Token成本优化、长上下文管理等生产环境问题； 6、热爱编程，敏锐关注并快速学习业界最新技术，能将技术能力转化为产品增长与业务价值。
