1、Harness体系整体规划：负责团队Harness方向的中长期规划与路线图，统筹「Harness本身的设计」（平台能力建设）与「宏观层面的Harness设计」（横向体系与规范）两个层次，从多业务场景抽象共性需求，沉淀为可复用的平台能力、标准规范与方法论，推动能力从「项目支撑」走向「平台化、产品化」； 2、知识库建设与知识迭代：负责知识库平台建设和知识质量维护，包括知识接入、结构化、清洗、版本治理、权限分级，支撑Agent回答的准确性与可追溯性，建立知识迭代闭环：负面案例回流→知识缺口识别→知识更新→效果验证，持续提升知识覆盖率与回答质量； 3、外呼平台能力建设：负责外呼平台能力建设——外呼任务管理、线路与号码资源、合规约束（频次/时段/对象）、话术与流程配置、策略引擎，建设外呼可观测与告警能力，保障规模化外呼的稳定性与合规性； 4、外呼效果迭代：定义外呼效果指标体系（接通率、转化率、有效通话率、人工接管率、投诉率等），与业务团队深度合作，通过A/B实验与负面案例分析持续迭代话术、流程与调度策略，驱动外呼效果稳步提升； 5、生活服务-豆包定制Harness：面向生活服务业务与豆包定制场景，设计并落地定制化Harness方案，将通用平台能力适配到具体业务流程，在定制过程中识别通用性缺口，反哺平台能力建设，形成「定制→抽象→反哺」的良性循环； 6、宏观Harness设计、评估体系搭建与前沿研究：设计并沉淀跨场景的Harness规范与标准——任务边界、工具/数据权限、评估验收、失败兜底，负责人机协同机制设计：AI与人工的分工边界、转人工节点与触发条件、协同流程、人工接管后的信息交接与质量保障，建立统一的评估与观测体系（质量指标、过程可回放、失败样本回流），持续跟踪业界Harness工程、人机协同与Agent产品实践，输出可复用的方法论。

1、3年以上互联网产品经验，1年以上AI/LLM相关产品经验，有Agent、智能助手、外呼/呼叫中心或流程自动化产品经验者优先； 2、理解LLM能力边界与Agent运行机制（知识/上下文、工具、编排、评估、人机协同），能把技术约束转译为产品边界、协作机制与验收标准，而不只是「看产品/工程方案」； 3、强结构化思维与抽象能力，能从多个业务场景提炼平台级共性需求，具备横向推动多业务线落地经验； 4、数据驱动，熟悉指标体系设计与A/B实验，能定义并跟踪质量、效果与成本指标； 5、优秀的跨团队协作与沟通能力，能协调算法、工程、运营、业务等多方推进复杂链路； 6、对Agent工程与人机协同前沿有强烈好奇心，善于把模糊问题梳理成清晰方案。
