1、负责金融场景下大模型、时序模型、多模态模型的训推基础设施建设，搭建高效稳定的GPU训练集群与推理服务体系，完成模型部署流程建设、算力资源调度治理，提升GPU训练和推理资源利用率； 2、跟进业界前沿技术，针对模型压缩、算子优化、推理加速、分布式训练、KV‑Cache优化、模型并行、容器化部署开展技术调研落地；基于PyTorch、TensorRT、vLLM等框架做适配开发； 3、参与AI数据处理平台建设，搭建多模态数据处理、特征提取、向量召回、离线数据沉淀的工程链路，完善数据预处理、样本回流、特征加工全流程服务，为算法迭代提供工程保障； 4、设计统一模型发布平台和监控体系，建设算力监控、性能指标采集、故障告警、容量评估体系；制定资源交付标准、资源池划分策略，优化模型发布流程，缩短部署周期，提升模型部署成功率； 5、和算法工程师、后端研发、国际业务团队紧密协作，理解金融业务对高可用、安全性、稳定性的严苛要求，结合国际风控、智能催收等业务场景输出训推最佳实践方案，助力AI能力规模化落地国际业务。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机科学、计算机工程、统计学、应用数学、数据科学或其他相关专业； 2、扎实掌握计算机基础知识，包含操作系统、计算机网络、数据结构；熟悉Linux开发环境，了解GPU运行原理； 3、了解PyTorch、TensorFlow、vLLM和SGLang等AI框架，熟悉模型训练、推理部署基本流程。

加分项 1、有CUDA算子开发、TensorRT/vLLM部署、K8s容器化、分布式训练实践经验；参与AI-Infra开源项目，或者有GPU性能调优、算力调度相关项目经历； 2、发表过CCF A/B类论文或获得过AI相关竞赛TOP奖项者优先。
