1、负责创作领域基础模型训练系统的整体架构设计与技术路线规划，带领团队搭建业界领先的超大规模训练基础设施，支撑视频、图像、音频等多模态生成模型的全流程训练； 2、负责超大规模机器学习系统架构的设计与开发，解决系统可扩展性、高可靠性、易用性等关键技术问题，支撑千卡及更大规模GPU集群的稳定高效运行； 3、负责机器学习系统前沿技术的调研与落地，以前瞻视角跟踪业界最佳实践，结合业务场景推动技术演进，持续提升训练效率与资源利用率； 4、与算法团队深度合作，进行算法与系统的联合优化，覆盖预训练、多模态生成模型训练、新硬件适配等场景； 5、统筹分布式模型训练、高性能计算、训练数据管理、集群资源调度等多个子方向的技术工作，推动各模块协同演进并培养关键方向负责人，深入架构、关键性能优化及重大稳定性问题，参与重要技术方案评审和复杂问题诊断，对关键技术决策和系统结果负责； 6、负责团队搭建、人才培养与技术氛围建设，提升团队整体技术能力，推动复杂技术项目从0到1落地。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、具备5年以上机器学习系统或分布式系统工程经验，其中3年以上大模型相关经验，有技术团队管理、技术规划和团队搭建经验； 3、精通Python，熟练掌握PyTorch等深度学习框架，具备优秀的C++/Linux开发和调试能力，有扎实的计算机系统基础，能够深入一线参与关键技术攻坚； 4、拥有从零构建或深度主导基础模型训练管线的成功经验，主导过千卡级及以上分布式训练系统的设计、建设或优化； 5、深入理解分布式训练核心技术，包括数据并行、张量并行、流水线并行、序列并行及混合并行策略等，熟悉主流分布式训练框架，能够结合模型特点进行系统设计和技术选型； 6、在分布式训练、GPU高性能计算、算子与通信优化或训练框架中的至少一个方向具备专家级技术深度，能够对显存、通信与计算瓶颈做出可靠判断，并组织开展系统性性能优化；具备良好的跨团队协作和沟通表达能力，有较强的技术判断力、组织能力和推动力，能够带领团队完成长期技术建设及复杂项目落地。
