1、围绕TikTok对基础设施的需求，研究CPU、GPU、存储等关键资源在业务迭代和范式演进下的架构变化趋势，覆盖资源规划、利用率优化等议题，输出前瞻性战略判断； 2、深度关注和研究全球AI行业（尤其是AI Coding）及半导体行业趋势，通过行业研究和战略判断，为国际化短视频业务中的研发和工程团队提供外部视角和决策支持； 3、关注和研究前沿的AI技术和落地情况，分析Coding行业的关键变化及半导体产业链的关键问题，帮助管理层平衡业务增长、技术研发与成本考量，从战略层面保障业务可持续发展； 4、通过定性观察、专题定量分析、指标体系搭建与监控等综合手段，发现和研判整体研发和工程生态的现状，定位问题； 5、从整体生态、市场视角、业务视角综合进行AI行业部署和数据中心策略设计，联动多业务和产品、技术等团队，协作推进项目落地并对接相关业务团队，对业务中的关键问题开展专项分析，协调复杂项目，产出策略并推动落地。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上技术行业战略、开发、投资等相关经验，有软件架构师/数据中心成本核算行业背景者优先； 2、熟悉互联网及芯片产业链的各类玩家和整体生态； 3、数据分析能力强，熟悉常用的数据统计和分析方法，了解AI算法、Coding及芯片基本原理； 4、具备结构化思考能力，能敏锐识别和拆解问题，擅长结合数据和用户同理心来刻画问题和回答问题； 5、出色的跨部门沟通和协作能力，具备较强的项目管理能力，能够在业务模块的深度和广度上进行跨团队沟通，推动上下游的协作完成； 6、具备国际化视野，英文可作为工作语言，口语沟通流利，有国际化工作经验者优先。
