1、负责TikTok AI Infra技术选型与运行时优化，与算法及工程团队协作，围绕GPU选型与适配、启动加速、推理引擎优化、RL/SFT任务调优等方向提升运行效率，建设可持续的效能治理体系； 2、建立AI负载分析与资源效能画像，为全球算力供需规划、资源池化分配和成本优化提供决策支持； 3、设计并实现GPU资源调度与治理平台，面向大模型万卡规模，探索算力与流量协同调度、潮汐混部、GPU虚拟化等技术，实现异构算力的分钟级高效分配与流转； 4、持续提升平台的可靠性、可扩展性和可维护性，支撑海量算力规模与复杂AI应用场景； 5、跟进AI Infra前沿技术，推动新型软硬件架构、自动调优、效能分析、训练与推理加速等方向的研究与落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，掌握数据结构、算法、操作系统和并发编程，熟练使用Java、C/C++、Python、Go等至少一门编程语言； 3、了解GPU软硬件生态及运行机制，熟悉大模型训练、推理或典型AI应用场景，有本地大模型部署和效率优化经验优先； 4、具备以下一项或多项实践经验者优先：AI Infra开源项目（vLLM，SGLang）、GPU性能优化（NSight，Torch Profiler）、大模型引擎开发、云原生调度、分布式训练； 5、保持技术热情与求知欲，具备良好的沟通协作能力和复杂问题分析能力；有Agent应用开发或AI Coding实践经验者优先。
