1、团队与业务产出：作为运营Leader，统筹管理并带领团队完成安全模型数据产出全生命周期的规划、实施与交付； 2、业务驱动与结果导向：能够深刻理解产品形态及业务逻辑，制定并优化策略与项目方案，完成复杂任务拆解及流程标准化，以最终业务成果（如数据产出效率提升、模型表现优化）为导向，推动各项指标达成； 3、跨团队协同推进：结果导向，与产品、算法、数据科学等上下游团队紧密配合，梳理业务痛点，产出高标准的业务方案，并强力推动落地； 4、数据与AI赋能：运用数据分析手段评估业务及模型表现，发现问题并提出针对性解决方案；主导或参与AI相关项目（如模型表现优化、模型评测体系搭建），探索AI在业务中的创新应用； 5、流程与机制优化：沉淀团队最佳实践，制定并不断完善工作流程、协作机制和质量标准，提升团队整体运转效率。

1、本科及以上学历，具备优秀的英语听说读写能力； 2、5年以上产品运营/策略运营/产品经理等相关经验，且具有2年以上团队管理经验，具备深厚的产品背景优先； 3、具备较强的执行力与自驱力，能够主动破局，推进复杂业务和跨部门协作； 4、业务敏感度高，能对复杂问题进行拆解，并以明确的业务成果来衡量工作价值； 5、具备出色的沟通和利益相关者管理能力，能够与不同背景的团队建立高效健康的合作关系；责任心强，具备优秀的逻辑思维能力和敏锐的数据洞察力。

加分项 1、在AI、大语言模型（LLM）或相关前沿科技领域有涉猎或实践经验，能够结合AI技术思考业务发展方向者优先。
