1、负责知识库检索、向量召回、记忆管理在应用场景下的评测体系构建，能客观、准确、全面地评估能力表现并驱动优化，产出评估报告； 2、持续迭代/完善评估体系，包括但不限于评估方法论、标准、Benchmark、评测数据集、工具平台的设计和迭代等，对产出质量和优化效果负责； 3、主动挖掘客户需求、主动进行线上AB/用户数据/评估报告分析，发现召回、相关性、记忆一致性等方面的潜在问题与机会，给出数据支持、分析报告和优化方案建议； 4、与算法、工程、数据标注团队紧密协作，定义数据生产任务和标准，并进行有效性验证。

1、本科及以上学历，有3-5年策略/数据分析产品经验或AI大模型经验，有向量数据库、RAG、搜索推荐等相关产品经历者优先； 2、逻辑性强，对数据变化敏感，热爱用数据去衡量和表达，快速定位问题、提出优化方法、设计合理的验证方案； 3、理解LLM和RAG的基本原理，了解Embedding、向量检索、重排序、记忆机制等技术，关注行业前沿动态； 4、具备良好自我驱动力，结果导向，优秀的沟通和项目协调能力。
