团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

1、协同产品研发团队完成模型迭代与评估需要的自动化生产链路，参与模型效果评估体系搭建，制定基于链路效果的评测指标与验证方案，持续迭代提示词组合效果； 2、深入理解业务场景，将业务需求转化为提示词训练的技术方案，保障自动化链路适配实际应用场景的核心诉求； 3、对文本大模型输出结果、Chatbot用户群体喜好有自己的见解，参与细化理想态规则与数据策略； 4、具备扎实的数据分析能力和文本评估能力，能基于训练数据、模型效果、用户指标等信息定位优化点与问题，为训练策略优化和评估决策提供支撑。

1、本科及以上学历，新闻传播、社会学、汉语言文学、哲学等相关专业，文字敏感度高，兼具逻辑思维与文本敏感度者优先； 2、熟悉文本大模型训练基本原理与Prompt Engineering方法论，有PE项目实践经验优先； 3、认真细心，有NLP数据视角的文本分析能力，兼具数据统计分析能力优先； 4、结果导向，具备优秀的团队协作、问题解决能力及较高的自驱力； 5、对AI有浓厚的兴趣，关注国内外主流AI产品的最新动向，日常高频使用AI工具。

加分项（需要进行技术面试）： 1、熟练使用Python进行数据处理与Agent工具链开发，有自动化脚本开发经验（Vibe coding也可以）。
