1、构建大模型智能意图识别与分流新范式：利用大模型技术和客服系统，与算法团队密切合作优化模型，以确保用户需求可以被精准清晰的识别、澄清与路由，用户体验的连贯性和有效性； 2、分析业务需求并形成落地方案：深入研究和理解业务，识别和分析用户与业务团队的关键痛点和需求，确保对用户服务逻辑有深刻的理解并从运营视角推动方案有效落地； 3、适用于大模型的运营体系建立：构建可迭代的知识体系和数据监控体系，包括知识管理、数据管理等；产出标准的运营方法，并不断提高运营效率和效果； 4、数据标注与数据分析：与客服团队协作，为模型训练设计并实施高质量的数据标注；持续追踪模型性能、分析异常并找出根本原因，以数据分析能力为模型和工作流程提出可操作的优化建议； 5、跨团队协作：与产品、算法、研发等团队紧密合作，使技术解决方案与运营需求保持一致，确保产品方案的业务效果和高质量实施；协调资源，推动项目进度，确保按时交付高质量的产品。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上产品运营/服务运营/分析相关工作经验； 2、了解NLP模型（如BERT、GPT）及其商业应用的业务场景； 3、具备快速学习能力，能够迅速掌握复杂的业务流程与AI逻辑； 4、出色的解决问题能力，能独立分析问题并推动方案落地； 5、优秀的跨团队协作能力，能与业务、产品、技术团队高效配合； 6、流利的商务英语（书面及口语）以满足全球化协作需求。
