日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协同团队参与AI全景视频、AI短剧等内容制作，能够基于选题、剧本或创作任务，独立完成从创意理解、提示词设计、AI生成、素材筛选到完整成片的制作流程； 2、熟练使用主流AI图像及视频创作工具，包括但不限于Seedance、Veo、Kling、Runway、即梦、Midjourney、Stable Diffusion、ComfyUI等，能够根据不同内容需求选择并组合模型与工具； 3、负责AIGC全景素材的剪辑与后期处理，具备对180°/360°全景视频的基本理解，能够使用Premiere Pro、DaVinci Resolve、After Effects等常用软件完成全景视频的剪辑、拼接、转场、基础调色、声音处理及成片输出； 4、能够根据内容质量标准判断成片质量，包括剧情完整性、剧情连贯性、角色一致性、场景一致性、AI生成瑕疵、镜头语言、画面审美、剪辑节奏等，并能够明确判断问题及提出修改方案； 5、理解全景视频与普通平面视频在观看体验上的差异，能够识别全景内容中的基础问题，包括画面畸变、接缝异常、空间连续性、主体位置、视线引导、镜头移动速度、快速切镜及眩晕风险等，并根据标准完成内容自检和优化。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、大三、研二优先，能够保证稳定实习时间；每周需要到岗4天，实习至少3个月；有较强的AIGC视频实操能力，熟练掌握至少2–3种主流AIGC图像/视频生成工具，有ComfyUI、工作流编排、多模型协同经验优先； 3、具备Agent搭建能力，能够独立完成基础Agent/自动化工作流设计和搭建；有实际项目或个人作品优先； 4、具备较好的内容审美和质量判断能力，对AI、影视、VR/XR、数字艺术等领域有较强兴趣和学习能力； 5、有较强的执行力、责任心和沟通能力，能够适应快速迭代的AI内容生产节奏； 6、有VR/XR/180°/360°/全景视频相关创作或项目经验加分。
