1、项目开发与管理： 1）负责非游戏类XR项目的端到端开发与制作管理，确保项目按时交付、在预算范围内，并达到高质量标准； 2）制定和管理项目预算、时间表和资源分配，严格控制项目成本，持续优化资源使用效率； 3）管理整个项目生命周期，包括项目审批流程、合同谈判、付款里程碑和风险管理； 4）牵头与外部工作室和行业合作伙伴的联合制作/投资项目，确保高效协作和目标对齐； 5）担任客户和合作伙伴的主要对接人，管理预期并提供持续更新； 2、AI工具应用与技术创新： 1）深度应用各类AI工具（包括AI内容生成、AI辅助设计、AI项目管理与效率工具等），提升项目开发效率和内容产出质量； 2）探索AI及Agent技术与XR内容制作的结合，推动工作流创新和降本增效； 3）紧跟AI工具、行业技术和内容趋势，评估并引入适合项目的新工具和新方法； 4）与创意团队和合作伙伴协作，开发创新的内容概念、叙事和交互设计； 3、项目运营与跨职能协作： 1）与法律、财务、合规和营销等内部团队跨职能合作，确保项目的各个方面都能得到支持； 2）在快节奏的创意环境中推动协作，解决生产挑战并适应不断变化的需求； 3）推动新技术的发展如高斯泼溅、AI及Agent与XR的结合，并促进行业生态对新技术的应用。

1、本科及以上学历，电影制作、数字媒体、计算机科学、项目管理或相关领域； 2、3年以上项目开发或项目管理经验，有管理端到端项目交付的成功案例，具备项目成本控制和预算管理经验，能有效管理项目资源和开支，具备管理第三方制作团队和外部合作关系的经验； 3、精通各类AI工具的使用，有将AI工具应用于内容创作、项目管理或工作流优化的实际经验，学习能力和好奇心，能快速掌握新技术、新工具和新领域知识（包括VR/XR相关技术）； 4、具备出色的口头和书面沟通能力，能在技术团队、创意团队和合作伙伴之间进行有效联络； 5、具备强大的分析和解决问题能力，能应对生产挑战并适应不断变化的需求； 6、英语流利，具备出色的书面和口头沟通能力，可作为工作语言。

加分项： 1、有XR、VR、多媒体或娱乐行业项目经验（非必需，有强烈学习意愿即可）； 2、了解VR全景视频实拍流程、XR开发工具（Unity、虚幻引擎）或3D制作流程； 3、具备PMP、敏捷项目管理等相关认证； 4、有AI工具深度应用或AI工作流搭建经验； 5、具备出色的组织、领导和决策能力。
