团队介绍：产品研发和工程架构-Seed 团队深耕大模型技术在场景中的创新应用，负责多款AI产品的工程研发 —— 包括豆包、飞书、豆包工作、豆包爱学、Gauth、猫箱等创新产品，覆盖消费级与企业级多个场景。我们致力于将大模型能力从 "生成内容" 推进到 "完成工作"，让 AI 服务用户日常与企业协作。你将面对多模态交互、工具调用可靠性、企业级数据安全等真实工程挑战，与团队一起推动 AI 生产力落地。

1、负责飞书IM与飞书开放平台的AI能力建设，围绕消息/群聊/机器人/智能助手等核心场景，建设可复用的AI能力并推进落地； 2、负责OpenClaw、Hermes相关能力的接入与工程化封装，完善执行链路、权限控制与稳定性体系，沉淀统一能力层与最佳实践； 3、参与研发工程化体系建设，逐步提升研发效率、研发质量，通过技术驱动业务发展； 4、技术前沿探索：持续追踪AI技术演进，结合对交互范式与产品形态的判断，驱动产品迭代与体验提升。

1、具备扎实的计算机基础和优秀的工程编码能力，能够独立完成复杂模块的方案设计、开发实现、问题定位和性能优化，不局限于特定语言或技术栈； 2、具备较强的全栈工程能力，理解前端、后端、数据、平台能力之间的协作方式，能够围绕AI产品场景完成从交互体验、接口设计、服务实现到上线交付的闭环； 3、对大语言模型、Agent、RAG、工具调用、Workflow、多轮对话、上下文管理等AI应用核心技术有深入理解或浓厚兴趣，并有将相关能力应用到实际产品的意愿和经验； 4、具备良好的业务理解能力、逻辑分析能力和快速学习能力，能够从复杂业务场景中抽象问题、设计方案，并推动跨技术栈、跨团队的项目落地； 5、具备较强的责任心和结果导向，能在不确定性较高的创新场景中主动探索、快速迭代，并持续关注AI技术对产品形态和用户体验的影响。

加分项 1、有AI Agent、AI应用开发平台、智能助手、企业知识库、自动化工作流等相关项目经验者优先； 2、有扣子、Dify、LangChain、LlamaIndex、MCP、RAG、Function Calling/Tool Calling等使用或二次开发经验者优先； 3、有飞书机器人、飞书开放平台、企业协作工具、SaaS产品或开放生态应用开发经验者优先； 4、有从产品原型、技术方案到全栈开发上线的完整项目经验，能够展现较强工程闭环能力者优先； 5、有复杂业务系统中的性能优化、架构重构、稳定性治理、权限与安全设计经验者优先； 6、关注AI领域前沿动态，如Multi-Agent、Generative UI、多模态交互、AI Workflow等，有技术博客、开源项目贡献或实际工具应用经验者优先。
