1、负责Serverless PostgreSQL面向AI时代的数据基础设施建设，包括技术规划、架构设计、产品化与服务化，解决千万实例规模下的系统工程问题，打造支撑超大规模AI应用的数据库底座； 2、负责Serverless PostgreSQL核心模块与关键技术方案落地，包括内核、Serverless、Data as Git、Zero Down Time、企业级高可用等，推动下一代PostgreSQL系统在稳定性、性能、弹性、成本、效率、扩展性和开发者体验等方面的持续演进； 3、负责AI Agent、RAG、Vector、多模态等AI数据库原生方向，面向妙搭、豆包等AI平台与AI Agent业务，进行前沿探索、架构融合与场景落地，支撑公司核心AI产品的快速增长； 4、负责数据库、云平台、AI产品、安全与基础架构团队深度协作，推动从技术创新到业务价值落地，提升团队在PostgreSQL及AI Data Infra领域的技术影响力。

1、具备扎实的计算机基础，熟练掌握C、C++、Rust、Go中至少一种编程语言，深入理解数据库、操作系统和分布式系统的核心原理，能够系统分析解决复杂问题； 2、具备5年及以上PostgreSQL数据库内核、云数据库或分布式基础设施研发经验；深入理解PostgreSQL架构，并在优化器、执行器、事务与并发控制、存储、复制与恢复、高可用、扩展性、性能等一个或多个方向具备生产级实践经验； 3、熟悉Kubernetes、容器、虚拟化及云原生技术，具备多租户分布式系统的架构设计、研发或生产落地经验； 4、具备较强的系统设计与工程落地能力，能够围绕稳定性、性能、扩展性、安全、资源利用率和成本进行技术权衡，并对关键技术结果负责； 5、具备良好的技术判断、复杂问题拆解和跨团队协作能力，既能推动长期架构演进，也能深入一线解决关键生产问题； 6、对数据库和AI基础设施保持长期兴趣，持续关注行业发展，具备较强的学习能力和技术洞察力。

加分项 1、具有百万/千万级实例规模、多租户数据库平台、Serverless Database或云服务的研发和生产实践经验； 2、具有AI Agent、Agent Memory、RAG、向量与混合检索、知识库或多模态等AI数据基础设施相关项目经验； 3、熟悉pgvector、Neon PostgreSQL、Supabase、DuckDB、AlloyDB、Aurora、HorizonDB等PostgreSQL生态项目，并能够理解其核心架构； 4、具有PostgreSQL、数据库内核、云原生数据库或分布式系统领域的开源贡献、专利、论文或行业影响力。
