1、本科及以上学历，3-5年产品运营、生态或双边市场运营经验，有Ad Tech或AI行业背景者优先； 2、熟悉AI Agent/Skill概念及双边市场机制，了解广告平台者优先； 3、具备较强的逻辑思维与规则制定能力，能处理复杂的治理、激励及清退机制； 4、数据敏感度高，能通过数据驱动（漏斗分析、归因等）洞察机会并优化效果； 5、优秀的双语（中英）沟通能力，优秀的跨部门协作能力。
