1、深入SMB客户业务并主动设计AI解决方案：直接与企业老板、业务负责人沟通，快速理解企业经营模式、业务流程和关键问题，识别高价值AI场景；不被动承接客户需求，而是结合业务价值、AI能力和落地成本判断“什么值得做、什么不值得做、什么应该先做”； 2、快速完成Demo与价值验证：能利用企业豆包、Prompt、Skill、Agent、知识库、MCP、AI Coding等能力快速搭建Demo和轻量方案，尽可能当天看到效果； 3、参与会销与客户转化：在客户拜访、会销、Workshop等场景中，通过Killer Demo、方案咨询和现场体验帮助客户理解AI的实际价值，并协同销售推动客户进入试用、采购和落地； 4、推动客户真正使用：不以Demo完成为终点，推动首个场景进入真实业务并产生持续使用； 5、沉淀可复制方案：将客户实践抽象为标准Demo、Skill、模板和方法，并持续验证其在更多相似SMB客户中的复用价值。

1、理解SMB客户的决策和购买方式，适应短决策链、强结果导向、预算敏感和快速验证的商业模式； 2、能够直接与企业老板/一号位沟通，用业务结果而非复杂技术架构推动客户决策； 3、有较强业务理解和问题拆解能力，能够从模糊需求中识别真正的问题； 4、已经深度使用AI改造自身工作，并有较强Builder能力，能够自己完成Demo或轻量AI应用； 5、熟悉Prompt、Agent、Skill、AI Coding等一种或多种AI应用方式，面对未知问题愿意先尝试、快速验证； 6、具备产品化意识，能够将一次客户实践抽象成可复制方案。
