1、负责AI安全模型评测与数据运营相关的数据资产与评测体系建设，形成相对统一的标准、口径和方法； 2、建立并持续优化数据质量体系，包括样本质量、标注质量、流程质量、验收质量和问题追踪闭环； 3、设计并维护关键评测资产，如Benchmark、Golden Set、评测任务集合、标准案例库和质量基线； 4、结合不同业务场景与模型能力演进，迭代数据与评测方案，提升评测工作的稳定性、可比性和解释力； 5、沉淀核心指标体系，明确数据质量、评测效率、资产复用率、问题发现率等关键指标，推动评测与数据工作的标准化、产品化和工具化，提升体系可复用程度和团队整体交付能力； 6、探索AI技术在数据资产治理、评测样本构建、质量检测和资产运营中的应用，推动专业体系升级。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数据科学、统计学、信息管理等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉数据生产、数据标注、评测流程、质量管理等相关工作，有体系建设经验者优先； 3、对数据质量、评测标准、Benchmark、Golden Set、样本设计等方向有较强理解或实际经验； 4、能够独立设计指标口径、质量方案和评测框架，并推动在业务中落地； 5、具备较强的数据分析能力和问题定位能力，熟练使用SQL、Excel，熟悉Python等工具者优先； 6、具备优秀的结构化表达与跨团队协作能力，能与算法、产品、运营等角色共同推动方案落地，对数据资产治理、评测体系产品化、AI驱动的质量与评测升级有兴趣或实践经验者优先。
