1、负责搜索安全场景RCA（根因分析）流程搭建、优化与落地执行，牵头梳理安全相关异常问题，形成标准化分析方法论，推动问题闭环与长效规避； 2、主导搜索安全领域评估方法论的迭代升级，结合业务场景变化、安全风险演进，优化评估指标、流程与工具，提升评估的精准度与效率； 3、牵头推进搜索安全分场景、Query理想态评估工作从0到1落地，明确评估范围、标准与实施路径，统筹评估执行并输出可落地的优化建议； 4、监控搜索安全评估全流程，跟踪RCA分析、方法论落地及理想态评估的执行效果，及时发现瓶颈并推动迭代，保障搜索安全运营目标达成； 5、联动技术、产品、风控等跨部门团队，同步搜索安全评估需求与成果，推动评估结论转化为产品优化、策略迭代的具体动作，构建协同运营体系。

1、5年以上搜索领域评估运营、安全运营相关工作经验，具备搜索安全场景RCA流程搭建、方法论迭代相关实操经验者优先； 2、精通搜索安全核心逻辑，熟悉搜索分场景、Query理想态评估的核心思路，有从0到1推进相关评估工作的经验或清晰落地思路； 3、具备较强的逻辑分析与问题拆解能力，能快速定位搜索安全异常根源，熟练掌握RCA分析方法，可独立完成方法论优化与落地； 4、具备良好的跨部门协同能力与项目统筹能力，能牵头推进复杂评估项目，高效联动各方资源达成目标； 5、对搜索安全风险敏感，具备较强的责任心与执行力，善于总结复盘，能快速适应业务变化，推动运营工作持续优化。
