1、负责TikTok搜索结果首位特色内容及生成式搜索体验的产品运营工作，围绕高价值搜索场景推动体验优化、策略迭代与业务增长；与产品、研发及数据分析团队紧密协作，支撑大模型产品策略从问题定义、意图识别、方案设计、敏捷迭代到全量上线的全流程推进； 2、基于对用户搜索意图与信息结构的深刻理解，定义AI生成结果的“理想态”；通过深度的摸底调研与数据/案例/用户反馈分析，为模型训练与Prompt工程提供确定性的逻辑输入； 3、深度参与大模型相关策略的优化与验证，包括但不限于内容质量评估、Prompt调试、高质量样本数据策略支持、重点案例跟进及实验结果分析，协同推动核心体验在质量、覆盖、效率与稳定性上的持续提升； 4、持续监控线上真实搜索体验与业务核心指标，建立并完善从发现、定级、归因到推动解决的完整负面案例管理链路，代表用户视角主动牵引产品和研发团队进行问题修复和质量提升； 5、在快速变化和多优先级并行的环境下，作为跨地域/跨时区协作的枢纽，高效联动各团队，独立推动复杂项目，并灵活支持关键专项和紧急业务需求，确保策略验证方案的准确性与产品优化的顺利落地。

1、本科及以上学历，英语可作为工作语言； 2、具备3年及以上在科技互联网、搜索、社交媒体、内容平台或AI产品相关领域从事产品运营/策略运营/用户体验运营/业务运营或产品经理的相关经验； 3、对搜索、内容生态、创作者生态、用户体验优化或大模型产品有较强兴趣和理解，对用户需求和行为高度敏感，能够快速建立对复杂业务链路的认知； 4、具备较强的结构化思维、问题拆解和数据分析洞察能力，能够结合定性与定量信息，从繁杂的用户行为、内容特征、模型表现与定性案例中独立输出具有影响力的业务洞察，并转化为可落地的产品策略优化方案； 5、能够独立主导复杂业务模块，具备较强的负责人意识、和优先级判断能力，能够在快速迭代的动态环境中有效开展跨团队协作和项目统筹，推动多方共识并取得实质性业务成果。

加分项 1、对大模型在搜索、内容理解、问答、生成式产品体验中的应用有深入理解；对生成式AI行业趋势有敏锐洞察；或具备相关策略运营、效果评估、Prompt调试、数据策略支持等实操经验； 2、有过主动挖掘生成式内容业务盲区、或通过策略手段显著提升模型产出质量的成功案例，并成功影响产品研发产品路径图。
