日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与AI大模型相关的内容安全数据标注、质量管控； 2、深度学习内容安全政策，能快速掌握内容安全质检全流程，独立完成内容安全风险评估与合规校验； 3、精准识别政策在实际应用中的适配问题，输出落地性政策优化建议； 4、有良好的团队合作能力，能配合团队推进内容安全项目的进度、质量跟进，协助跨部门的协作落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、英语可作为工作语言，适应跨文化沟通；能快速理解规则类内容，具备较强的逻辑梳理和分析能力，可短时间掌握复杂流程； 3、细心负责，能把控高风险内容的质量细节； 4、有良好的沟通协作能力，能适应工作节奏； 5、对内容安全、社区生态有兴趣。
