1、负责团队经营体系建设，围绕业务目标、需求结构、交付链路、资源投入、质量效率结果等维度，搭建统一的经营分析框架； 2、建立并持续优化周经营例会、月度经营复盘、季度规划校准等机制，推动团队从项目视角转向经营视角； 3、将复杂、分散的团队运行信息转化为可读、可判断、可行动的经营看板、专题分析和管理建议； 4、识别业务结构、资源分配、交付效率和角色协同中的关键问题，推动形成明确的经营判断与后续动作；与业务负责人、产线负责人等角色协作，为及时激励、角色校准和组织优化提供依据； 5、将经营过程中的高频问题、分析框架和管理动作逐步沉淀为标准机制、产品原型和可复用方法，探索AI Agent、自动分析、智能提示等能力在经营场景中的应用，推动经营工作由人工驱动向智能辅助演进。

1、本科及以上学历，具备策略、产品、运营、商业分析、管理咨询等相关背景者优先； 2、具备优秀的逻辑分析与问题拆解能力，能从复杂业务和组织运行信息中提炼关键矛盾与经营判断； 3、具备较强的数据敏感度和经营意识，能够围绕目标、投入、产出、效率、风险建立分析框架； 4、具备成熟的跨团队协同与推动能力，能在多角色场景下推动问题对齐和动作落地； 5、具备出色的文档表达、汇报呈现和结构化叙事能力，能够面向管理层输出高质量材料； 6、有产品化意识，能够将高频经营问题沉淀为机制、工具、看板或系统能力，对AI Agent、智能分析、自动化运营等方向有兴趣或实践经验者优先。
